►►Due to the Covid-19 situation, overseas orders from the US are still being processed, but they are taking longer to work through customs. Please read info on your country's shipping policies and procedures during this time, to be sure that your country is accepting packages from the US. Orders will not be refunded if packages are kept by customs because your country is not accepting packages from the USA. Please research that information first before placing an order with our shop, as it is impossible for our shop in the US to keep up with all other countries and their continually changing shipping policies. Thank you! >> If packages are returned to us, we will refund the cost of balms only (as the shipping label was already processed) unless you would like us to hold the package until the restrictions are lifted. Then, a custom listing will be given, for you to pay the shipping fee again.

►Although MOST ORDERS SHIP within 72 hours, with the influx of new daily orders we have had, production time can take 3-4 WEEKS (or more, not including shipping). THANK YOU for your understanding, as our focus is on QUALITY, as each balm is hand poured in small batches.
►► SUMMER/WARM MONTHS: Please remove your balms from the mailbox or porch as soon as they are delivered. We can not control the weather - although we wish we could! - and can not refund, replace or accept returns of melted balms. Thank you for your understanding! If your balms melt, using a handheld mixer can be useful. The balm quality should not be affected. Also, the balms may whiten in cool temps - give a stir! This should not affect the quality either..
>> The shop photos will still show tins for 8oz balms, but when your order arrives, they will be in solid white, double wall containers. Our containers are food safe and contain liners inside to help keep our balms from leaking - but they are not totally leak proof.. If you wish to have a separate wrap liner added, please note us during checkout in the "Message to Seller" box.
► Orders CAN NOT BE CANCELED after they are placed. Please review our shipping times BEFORE placing your order.
►► PLEASE make sure your address is correct when your order is placed by you. WE CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS after you complete your order. Many times, the order is shipped before we work our way through messages. Thanks for your understanding!

►► We do not list our ingredients on our balms or balm listing pages because all balms and body care can be customized for allergies/sensitivities. Most all balms that leave our hands are customized for the eczema/allergy/TSW communities.

► The following list are the ingredients we use in our shop (as they are available to us by our suppliers), but if you have a favorite oil or base you would like us to incorporate that you do not see here, please let us know! We also do not discuss brands of ingredients we use nor percentages, as this is proprietary information. If there is a concern with percentages of any ingredient listed on our shop, please let us know before your order is placed.

►INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The USPS just increased shipping prices January 2022. The limit of balms for the now $45.17US shipping price is four or five 8oz, depending on balm choice. The balms MUST WEIGH LESS THAN 3 POUNDS. For example, Zinc balms weigh less than others. If you order more than than 3 pounds worth of balm, we will contact you and a custom listing will need to be created for the additional shipping. Please contact us first for any order over a quantity of four 8oz and/or for the large 32oz balms. Those orders will be a 2-step checkout process. Thank you!
►►ATTENTION International Customers:
Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. Fees vary from country to country and we strongly suggest checking your country’s customs policy before placing an order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If any package is refused or undeliverable, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
►►The Australian government recently passed a new law that will go into effect July 1, 2018 that impacts some orders shipped to Etsy customers in Australia. The new law requires Etsy to collect goods and services tax (GST) on certain goods sold to Australian buyers from overseas up to the value of $1,000 AUD. Etsy (not individual sellers) will collect tax on these orders shipped to Australia. Because of the new law, Etsy will collect a 10% GST on orders shipping from our shop.
►Also, please note that international shipments can take up to 8-10 weeks, although most deliver in 2-3 weeks. We truly wish customs could speed things along, but sadly they go at their own rate, not ours! We do include insurance at no cost to you for overseas orders.
►PLEASE NOTE: IF A PACKAGE ARRIVES WITH DAMAGED CONTAINERS OF BALM, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE. THE USPS NO LONGER ALLOWS US TO FILE THE CLAIM FOR YOU. THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO BE REFUNDED - ONLY THE CUSTOMER WITH PROOF OF DAMAGE.
►If a claim is filed, or a package is lost, please know that would also take time as well to settle for the process of a refund from the USPS. Your patience is appreciated in those circumstances!
